HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Standard delivery to anywhere in Ireland is FREE on orders over €75 and costs just €5.99 if you spend less.
Standard delivery to anywhere in the UK is FREE when you spend over £75 and costs just £5.99 if you spend less.
Since the UK is no longer part of the EU, deliveries to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) are now considered international shipments and may incur taxes, customs duties, fees, or other charges.
Nominated Day Delivery allows you to select the date you'd like your order to be delivered to you:

HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery for orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is usually NEXT DAY if you place your order by 10PM. Some exceptions apply.
However 99% of our customers get their delivery next day when the order is placed before 10pm!
We deliver from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Please allow an extra 5-7 days for delivery of personalised items.
Deliveries may take longer during Sale or Clearance promotion periods, including Black Friday events.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE WHEN YOU TRY TO DELIVERY MY ORDER?
You'll receive a text and an email with a 1-hour delivery window on your delivery day.
DPD can’t change the Predict™ 1-hour time slot, but you can reschedule the delivery to another day that's more suitable or select one of the other options available. Click on the Manage Delivery link in the text or email you received from DPD and choose an option. You can track your delivery online at DPD Tracking.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
You do not have to sign for your order. The DPD driver will instead ask for the name of the person who accepts the parcel.
CAN YOU LEAVE MY ORDER IN A HIDING PLACE – LIKE BEHIND THE BIN?
When you receive your Predict™ 1-hour time slot text and email on the day of your delivery, you can opt to leave your parcel in a locked porch or with a neighbour. Your neighbour will need to sign for your parcel. When left in a locked porch, you'll receive a photograph from your courier showing the location in place of a name.
WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
All of our parcels are delivered through DPD.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS READY TO BE DELIVERED?
You'll receive a text and email the day before your delivery is due. If you need to make changes to your delivery, you'll have the following choices:
- You can change the delivery day.
- You can change the delivery address.
- You can choose to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a locked, safe location, like a porch.
You'll also receive a text and an email with a 1-hour delivery window on your delivery day. You can also track your delivery online at DPD Tracking.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

DO U.S. CUSTOMERS NOW HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES?
Yes — from 29 August 2025, all parcels may be charged duties, even under $800.
HOW MUCH IS THE TARIFF?
For most Irish/EU goods it’s 15%, but it can vary depending on the product. Note that the tax is payable to the delivery provider.
ARE ANY PARCELS STILL DUTY FREE?
Only gifts under $100 (€85) are exempt — normal online orders are not. .
